First Impressions Catering is managed by the husband and wife team of Pam and Michael J. Longo. Michael is an award winning Certified Executive Chef with 30 years of hands-on catering and busines management experience in the catering industry.

Michael J. Longo began apprenticeship at the Broadmoor Hotel and continued his education in Colorado Springs. He became the chef of Glen Eyrie Conference Center where he earned his certification as an Executive Chef. He is only one of a handful of Certified Executive Chefs in Colorado Springs who are qualified to oversee and mentor selected candidates for any level of their culinary education. Michael and Pam also own and manage Nana Longo's Italian Market.
